It’s been quite a busy month for the Bruske Team! We have been able to secure some absolutely amazing properties for our buyers, and in this market, that can be a challenge. We’ve also brought all of our seller’s properties under contract this month as well … all while opening our new Waterfront office in Old Town Scottsdale!
Our other exciting news involves Jim being asked to join Engel & Völkers Private Office, as well as heading a roundtable at the Inman Luxury Connect event!
Engel & Völkers Private Office
Being asked to join the elite group of luxury advisors with Engel & Völkers, known as the Private Office, is a huge honor. Members must meet several factors for three consecutive years. These factors include the number of closings, volume, high-value closings, etc. In addition, the advisor must be in good standing with Engel & Völkers and the National Association of Realtors as well. All in all, applicants have to be at the top of their game and ready to meet the high standards of the Private Office too.
After qualifying, advisors are only offered membership if approved by a panel. This exclusive group is comprised of only the top 1-2 percent of the company! Membership allows for a private global network for the advisors, continuing to set them apart from the competition by extending their reach across the world. Congratulations, Jim!
Inman Luxury Connect
Inman Luxury Connect is the leading event for elite agents and brokers in the luxury market. Held in Las Vegas, speakers include celebrity real estate agents like Ryan Serhant who spoke at the event, as well as several other CEOs and vice presidents like Glen Kelman of Redfin, and Christy Budnick Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Jim was asked to head a roundtable at the 2021 event composed of luxury agents from across the country. “Having the chance to discuss market trends in various markets was really interesting. It was great to meet so many other agents and continue to expand our network for our clients,” said Jim.
