It was a great night to celebrate! October 19th, 2021 marked the Grand Opening of the Engel & Völkers Scottsdale Waterfront offices in Scottsdale, Arizona. The second of two locations in Phoenix, the Waterfront office is the 37th shop for Licensed Partner, Paul Benson.

The Scottsdale Waterfront office is managed by our own Jim Bruske, who is the Private Office Advisor for the new shop, collectively with Bob Nathan, Private Office Advisor for the D.C. Ranch shop in North Scottsdale. The stunning location along the Arizona Canal was on display on a perfect fall night in Scottsdale!

The expansion to a South Scottsdale office allows our Advisors to offer central and specialized expertise for properties in South Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the Arcadia area as well. With the Waterfront shop being steps away from some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in town, our clients have peace of mind knowing that we really do know this area the best.
