At The Bruske Team, we’re different than most real estate groups out there. We know, that’s what everyone says…but we really are different from our peers. Here’s a little about us:
Above and Beyond
For starters, our goal is not to be the largest real estate team out there. While that may sound strange, it’s true and it’s an important part of our mission. Being a boutique business means we handle each and every transaction personally. We are the ones at the open houses, showings, inspections, and closings – all of it.
Our goal is to always be full service for our clients – we aren’t just present; we show up in meaningful ways, like personally making sure that a home is ready for a showing or open house, making sure it looks its absolute best. Heck, once Jim even helped finish planting flowers before an open house! Our goal is to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible for our clients.
Exceeding Expectations
While we don’t typically landscape for our clients, our dedication to them certainly is at the heart of everything we do. When it comes to new listings, we work to make sure that we are the right fit for our client, which may be why by the end of a transaction, our clients are usually now new friends.
We always work to make sure we understand our client’s wants, needs, parameters, and more to help find the perfect buyer or seller for them. While this may seem simple, we take great pride in not just bringing offers to the table, but instead bringing quality offers, properties that truly meet a client’s needs, and we work hard to ask and answer questions for our clients so that they feel empowered to make smart choices.
